Wanna turn your New Year’s RESOLUTIONS into REALITY? Well, Killer B, let’s go for a nice WALK and talk all about it! I’ve got five simple (but not easy!) steps to help you make 2019 your best year yet:
1.) PICK your resolution – talk with a friend and really pick it apart! Why do you want this? What will be different in your life? How will you make it happen?
2.) START at the finish line and work backwards – get realistic about how long it will take and what you’ll need to do.
3.) Deconstruct your past SUCCESSES and FAILURES – this information is critical to your future success and can help you plan what you’ll do.
