Today, we’re taking a good long look at how keeping your immune system operating at its best is a lot like spinning plates.

Like any of our human systems, there’s a LOT going on with your immunity, which means (this is good news!) that there’s a LOT you can do to help it run smoothly:

  • Get enough sleep
  • Control your stress
  • Eat healthy foods
  • Exercise regularly
  • Drink enough water
  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Set goals for yourself

While we’re chatting, I’ll offer you some insights into which action items are the most important (it’s not what you think) and share personal stories of my own healthy journey.
