Like any of our human systems, there’s a LOT going on with your immunity, which means (this is good news!) that there’s a LOT you can do to help it run smoothly:
- Get enough sleep
- Control your stress
- Eat healthy foods
- Exercise regularly
- Drink enough water
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Set goals for yourself
