“There are donuts in the breakroom today. Here, have some!”

“It must be nice to have all that food willpower this time of the year.”

“Your face has gotten so thin. Are you sick?”

It can be discouraging to navigate your weight loss journey when these kinds of remarks are buzzing in the air (especially if they come from family members, am I right?).
