When you think about SELF CARE, what comes to mind for you? Bubble baths? Mani-pedis? What about eating vegetables, using a foam roller, or setting a GOAL?

My friends, SELF CARE is about so much more than just relaxing (although that is one aspect of it)!

Because, of course, SELF CARE is a matter of mindset!

Physical SELF CARE involves:

๐Ÿ›€ Sleeping well
๐Ÿ›€ Exercising regularly
๐Ÿ›€ Resting and recovering
๐Ÿ›€ Managing your stress

Mental SELF CARE is:

๐Ÿ›€ Honoring your word to yourself and others
๐Ÿ›€ Forgiving yourself
๐Ÿ›€ Not caring what other people think
๐Ÿ›€ Not worrying about the future
