Today on the Fitness Matters podcast, I’m coming to you with FIRST-HAND experience. I’ve learned how to eliminate worries, and YOU can, too!

Are you a worry wart?  Then THIS PODCAST IS FOR YOU!

A good friend once told me that worry is like sitting in a rocking chair and expecting it to get somewhere, and oh my goodness, how TRUE this is!

In today’s episode of the Fitness Matters podcast, I’m coming to you from a place of FIRST-HAND EXPERIENCE. I was a childhood worrier who grew up to think that worry was just a part of everyday life.  WORRYING affected me mentally and physically.

But you know what?  I’ve learned how to eliminate my worries, and YOU can, too!

When we learn how our brain works, we can absolutely become “BEST-CASE SCENARIO” thinkers. We can recognize our thoughts for what they are and choose to approach worry in a whole new (and healthier) way.

Find out my three-step process for eliminating much of the stress you experience and MOVE FORWARD IN YOUR LIFE with a happier frame of mind and the tools you need to make worry a thing of the past!
