In This Episode

During this week’s episode of the Fitness Matters podcast, we’re diving deep into both the physical and mental activities that make up a SELF CARE routine.

When you think about SELF CARE, what comes to mind for you? Bubble baths? Mani-pedis? What about eating vegetables, using a foam roller, or setting a GOAL?

My friends, SELF CARE is about so much more than just relaxing (although that is one aspect of it)!

Because, of course, SELF CARE is a matter of mindset!

Physical SELF CARE involves:
🛀 Eating foods that feel good tomorrow
🛀 Drinking enough water
🛀 Sleeping well
🛀 Exercising regularly
🛀 Resting and recovering
🛀 Managing your stress

Mental SELF CARE is:
🛀 Setting goals for yourself
🛀 Honoring your word to yourself and others
🛀 Forgiving yourself
🛀 Not caring what other people think
🛀 Not worrying about the future
