My friend, we’re not just setting a GOAL willy-nilly here.  We’re setting a GOAL that you can actually *get.*  And that means we’re diving into your brain with these five steps:

🤯 Have an idea

🤯 State it clearly

🤯 Put a number on it

🤯 Put a feeling on it, and

🤯 Figure out why you CAN’T have it

This is a POWERFUL process that’s going to make *getting* your goal feel like a cake-walk in comparison!

During our conversation today, I’m sharing stories from MY goal-setting experience to help you understand how messy and ultimately worthwhile these steps are.
