If you’ve been struggling with setting a GOAL, there’s a pretty good chance you fall into one of two main camps:
😱 You’re afraid you WON’T get your goal, or
😱 You’re afraid you WILL
Crazy, right? But, yes, we can be afraid of just about anything. That’s the way our brains are designed! And once you realize this why this is and how to get around it, you’ll be unstoppable.
