And I’m not talking about getting mad, walking away, crying, or feeling terrible about yourself.  I mean really, truly *accepting* opinions that you don’t agree with.

Along the way on your fitness journey (and my YouTube journey, which is where all my examples are gleaned), other people are going to express their OPINIONS of you, your body, your methods and your results.  

So let’s figure out how you want to THINK and FEEL about that right now.

I’ve got some practical advice, some anecdotes from my own life and lots of mental model theories for you to pack into your bag of tricks.
