Did you know that the average human being has as many as 60,000 thoughts a day and that 80% of those thoughts are NEGATIVE??

This information was EYE-OPENING TO ME.  But when I think about self-worth, goal-setting, and the challenges that many of us face when it comes to these issues, I can totally relate. The thought that WE AREN’T DESERVING OF OUR GOALS is actually the thing that stops us from achieving them!

Say, what? 

It’s true. The reason many of us aren’t able to realize our dreams is that we fill our head with opinions about ourselves that SIMPLY AREN’T TRUE. These untrue thoughts can lead to SAD EMOTIONS, AVOIDANCE OF ACTION, and the result of NOT GETTING WHAT WE WANT. But what if you could flip those negative thoughts into constructive ways of thinking? 

Join me in this podcast as I DELVE INTO THESE ISSUES in more detail and share my personal story of thinking I didn’t measure up. With some thought-provoking work (that YOU CAN DO TOO), I was able to alter how I thought about myself and my aims. And THIS, my friends, changed everything for me.
