A good friend once told me that worry is like sitting in a rocking chair and expecting it to get somewherešŸŖ‘ (this isnā€™t a rocking chair, but I know you know what Iā€™m getting at here!), and oh my goodness, how TRUE this is!

In todayā€™s episode of the Fitness Matters podcast, Iā€™m coming to you from a place of FIRST-HAND EXPERIENCE. I was a childhood worrier who grew up to think that worry was just a part of everyday life.  WORRYING affected me mentally and physically.

But you know what?  Iā€™ve learned how to eliminate my worries, and YOU can, too!

When we learn how our brain works, we can absolutely become ā€œBEST-CASE SCENARIOā€ thinkers. We can recognize our thoughts for what they are and choose to approach worry in a whole new (and healthier) wayšŸ™Œ.
