Here’s the thing about picking something – it’s harder than you think. Most people, when making New Year’s resolutions, end up
👉 Using language that’s way too vague
👉 Try to pack in too many things
👉 Putting the “how” before the “what”
👉 Settling for less, or
👉 Using comparisons
