CHANGE: it can be a tricky thing. I often say, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” but so often our brains offer us that we need to change.  So… how can you CHANGE, while still doing the same (right) things?

In today’s episode of the Fitness Matters podcast, I’m covering what I call the Three Cs of CHANGE, and revealing what happened to me when I started using them. 

Embracing this concept can lead to ideas and action items instead of self-judgement, and asking yourself the right questions can promote GROWTH instead of negativity.

In short, when you put the Three Cs of CHANGE into place, magic happens!
