Have you ever noticed how many times you use the word “should” in your everyday life, especially when talking about yourself?

“I SHOULD sleep more. I SHOULD have reached my goal weight by now. I SHOULD be more active.”

It can sound like a broken record!  And the worst part is the end result: We often “should” ourselves into not getting the OUTCOMES we want.

Friends, in today’s episode of the Fitness Matters podcast we’re talking about this POWERFUL word and the FEELINGS and RESULTS it can create in our lives. Many times, using this term day after day can generate frustration, regret, guilt, or sadness. And we often use the expression without even thinking.

But how can we change a HABIT that’s become second nature to us?

I’m digging in and talking specifically about weight loss as an example, but rest assured that this conversation is applicable to almost ANY SITUATION!

If you find yourself pressured by all the “shoulds” you’ve allowed into your life and want to create a BETTER way of feeling, listen now!
