The details: Get Your GOAL is a monthly group teaching, coaching, and community membership. When you join, you’ll be charged $50 and have access to all the materials and community inside. You will then be billed $50 per month for as long as you want to stay. You can cancel at any time.
Meet Your Coach, Pahla B
True story: I didn’t used to think of myself as ambitious, in spite of being the sort of woman who fearlessly dove into entrepreneurship while running ultramarathons for fun. For most of my life, all I could focus on were my failings.
A natural overthinker, I gained and lost the same 30 pounds half a dozen times, even though I knew, intellectually, what I was doing wrong. Losing weight wasn’t the hard part for me, keeping it off was.
It wasn’t until I lost weight in my 50s (again) that I decided to get to the bottom of my “stinkin’ thinking” and be done with dieting forever.
For me, that meant taking a look inside my brain at all the unhelpful thoughts I had about good and bad foods, being out of my routine, menopause, and the power the scale had over my life.
This work was such a revelation that I couldn’t help but share it with others!
I created the Get Your GOAL group for menopausal women like you and me – smart cookies who are ready to lose weight for the very last time.

Do I need to have a Facebook?
Nope! We use a private membership platform that you can access any time from your computer, tablet or phone.
What if I’m not techy?
The platform is user friendly and while there is a learning curve, we’re here to help. You’ll receive onboarding info via email upon joining the group, and get access to tech support within the platform that’ll have you up and running in no time.
Will this actually work for me?
Yes, the Get Your GOAL group and courses offer a proven process that thousands of women have used to successfully lose weight. It’s particularly effective when you show up, utilize the tools and put in the work, and it’s even been known to change your life in other areas, too.
What if I can't come to the coaching calls?
The group is designed for busy women and I do my best to provide calls at different times of day. Additionally, all of the coaching calls are recorded and available to watch as replays, and there is a dedicated “ask the coach” section within the group for written answers to your questions.
What if I'd rather not participate in the group meetings?
My friend, there is still plenty for you here in the group! None of the meetings or sessions are mandatory, and there’s lots of written interaction to engage you with others if you’d prefer.
How can I ensure my privacy?
As a requirement to join the group, everybody signs a confidentiality agreement stating that they will not share other peoples’ details outside the group.
Is there 1:1 coaching available?
No. The group experience is integral to the learning and growth you’ll get inside the membership.
Is there a minimum time commitment?
You are welcome to join the group for as long or as short a time as meets your needs. The membership is month-to-month, and cancellation is simple and hassle-free.
I'm not working on weight loss right now, but want to work on my mindset for other reasons. Can I still join?
Absolutely! We have a robust group of GOALfriends who are maintaining their weight and pursuing other goals, while still working on their mindset with the tools I teach inside the group.
