The almost painfully short list of what you DO control – your thoughts, your feelings, your actions and your results – might be things you’ve been tempted to relegate to other people, circumstances, things or situations.
And the long list of things you DON’T control – which mostly consists of other people and their thoughts, actions and feelings – are the ones it’s time to let go of.
