Wanna know a SECRET? I don’t like using that word in the title of my podcasts! But in this particular instance, it’s totally apropos.
There’s a secret to making things (like your fitness goals) happen, and it’s this: You have to give yourself PERMISSION.
And, yes, I know that sounds a little silly, but here on the Fitness Matters podcast, we dive in deep on even the silliest topics. Especially when they’re not silly, but could, in fact, be the thing that’s holding you back.
