Yep, we’re diving into some feelings again this week with a close-up look at FEAR, and how you can face yours to get the goals you really want for yourself.

On the daily, I hear you:

“I’m afraid to step on the scale.”

“I’m afraid to eat that many calories.”

“I’m afraid to sign up for a 5k.”

“I’m afraid if I eat something sweet (or salty, or snacky, or whatever) that I won’t stop.”

“I’m afraid if I stop exercising for a day that I’ll never start up again.”

We are afraid of so many things that aren’t truly fearful.

So, let’s uncover

WHAT fear really is

WHY we feel it

HOW it’s not unlike other emotions

WHY we don’t actually want to stop feeling it

And – most importantly – HOW to face it and move through it.

I’ve got straightforward advice and a VERY simply question to ask yourself that can help you face your FEARS.

TELL ME:  What are you afraid of?

Wake Up Call

Sometimes it's a quiet nudge, but for me it was a gut punch - a bolt of clarity that made me stop and say, something has to change. My wake up call came in the most ordinary place, but it changed the way I see myself, my business, and my goals. In this raw and honest...
