In This Episode

Yep, we’re diving into some feelings again this week with a close-up look at FEAR, and how you can face yours to get the goals you really want for yourself.

On the daily, I hear you:

“I’m afraid to step on the scale.”

“I’m afraid to eat that many calories.”

“I’m afraid to sign up for a 5k.”

“I’m afraid if I eat something sweet (or salty, or snacky, or whatever) that I won’t stop.”

“I’m afraid if I stop exercising for a day that I’ll never start up again.”

We are afraid of so many things that aren’t truly fearful.

So, let’s uncover

WHAT fear really is

WHY we feel it

HOW it’s not unlike other emotions

WHY we don’t actually want to stop feeling it

And – most importantly – HOW to face it and move through it.

I’ve got straightforward advice and a VERY simply question to ask yourself that can help you face your FEARS.

TELL ME:  What are you afraid of?

You Have Time To Get Your Goal

Okay, obviously I’m overdramatic, but before I actually wrote a book, I was legit worried that I would 💀 without writing a book (and I’ve wanted to be an author since I was seven years old). I thought I was running out of time. I thought maybe I was too old, that the...

What If Perfectionism Isn’t a Problem?
