My friend, this is a question I’ve asked myself many times over the years. And you know what? I’ve learned a lot about myself by doing “thought work” and learning all about how our thoughts actually work.

The truth is, our THOUGHTS have a direct connection to the RESULTS we achieve. So often, we confuse our thoughts (which are often opinions) with facts. When this happens, the actions we take and the outcomes we get may not be what we had hoped for.
